





1 large organic carrot peeled and diced
1 organic potato peeled and diced
1 tablespoon of organic peas, fresh or frozen
4 tablespoons of water
Fill a saucepan with water, add the carrot, potato and peas. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover and leave to simmer for 15 minutes mixing from time to time.
Puree the potato. If the puree is too thick, add some water.
24h in the refrigerator,
4 weeks in the freezer.
