"I am the mother of a 6 months old baby, who is starting to be weaned. We have already tested some of your products (jar of carrots-pumpkin, for example), which are healthy products for my child's health and we recognise that they are the most reliable on the market. I have also tested jars of carrots from another brand, but was very disappointed by the very pronounced taste of sugar, to the detriment of the taste of the vegetable, which you could hardly detect..."
"I am a fan of your brand for my baby's food. I only use them, or almost, because I cannot find all the flavours that I might wish...
Why are there no jars like green beans, courgettes, peas with carrots...? I have difficulty finding the time to make these purees, and sometimes, I admit it, I lack the courage!!! But neither do I want to give him other brands that add a bunch of junk into the jars. So, do you envisage marketing new flavours or must I really take in on myself and go into the kitchen? Apart from that, there is nothing to say, my baby has a delicious meal every midday thanks to you!"
"I would like to congratulate you on the quality of your products. I am a mother who uses jars because it is more practical when travelling. I did not see your product straight away on the shelves. I was disappointed by other brands' products, which add a heap of ingredients that are not necessarily good for babies (thickeners, carob seed flour, creamed milk, etc.). In summary, I find puree or compote like I myself make at home! Thank you again!"
Organic Trout from the Babynat Vegetables-Trout Meals in Jars comes from the Aquacole farm of Plantaurel in South of France, one of the few sites using freshwater production with the floating tank principle.

Situated on Lake Montbel in Ariege (South of France), the fish breeding at Viviers Cathares benefits from the largest area of water in Midi-Pyrenees: 600 ha with over 60 million cubic metres of water from melting snow. The water quality in Lake Montbel is regularly checked by an independent laboratory. These analyses are completed by continuous monitoring of the site's physical and chemical characteristics: 02, temperature, nitrogen cycle.
To be compatible with the biological production method the site is not exposed to any industrial, agricultural or urban pollution risk.
The quality of the water feeding Lake Montbel is classified 1A, which corresponds to excellent water quality.
The heavy metal, pesticide and dioxin contents are checked by a certifying body that compares them to the specifications of the approved requirement documents.
The fish farm structures comprise large 500 m3 nets stretched in the clear waters of the lake.
The trout can swim freely without risk of injury because the density of fish in the nets is exceptionally low (10kg of fish/m3 of water) In conventional fish farms, densities exceed 60kg and sometimes reach 100kg/m3...
The rearing time for a 250g trout portion is about 13 months, which corresponds to slow growth, leaving the fish time to grow slowly and harmoniously.
The trout being a higher carnivore, its food essentially consists of fish oil and meal from wild fish fishing, the remainder comprises vegetables from organic agriculture.
The food is specific to organic agriculture, it has no meal from land animals and is obviously guaranteed GMO free.
The animal proteins come from wild fish caught on the high seas and the vegetable protein fraction comes exclusively from cereals obtained in organic agriculture.
No colourings are added, which allows the original "pearly white" colour of the fish to be retained.
The fish are nourished by manual feeding methods that allow the ration to be adapted to the fishes' metabolism, because it takes the rearing parameters and thorough knowledge of the environment into account.
In addition, this rational management reduces polluting wastes that could cause thoughtless scattering and allows effective organic purification that is beneficial to the ambient environment.
Finally, the use of phytotherapy in feeding the trout allows a guarantee that they are kept in good health.
Trout from Viviers Cathares are certified Organic by Ecocert.
